Terms and Conditions of Fixed-Term Agreements of Agents (T & C's)

All Agents (private sector law firms and lawyers) of the Director of Public Prosecutions are governed by the rules and guidelines included in the Terms and Conditions of Fixed-Term Agreements of Agents. The recently amended T&Cs came into effect on April 1, 2010, and are in the process of being published to this site. In the interim, electronic copies in both official languages are available through the Coordinator's Office.
